  • This is a genuine 360 degree recruitment role . You have responsibility for all recruitment for Commercial Technical recruitment within the Group and will have a high degree of autonomy about how you provide the best possible service to your customers

  • You will know and understand your markets and advise your stakeholders...right through to the main Board Director..they all trust you to get things done, they collaborate with you, they dont blame you....but they expect results..

  • You are  the expert and know "your stuff" - the markets you recruit in, where to find applicants on social media, how to network and talent pool, and which agencies to partner with when they are needed

  • In a world where many organisations are putting recruitment on hold you will be recruiting to support new business and growth, and you will be dealing with recruitment in volume and at pace

We have a great opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Lead to join our team In Leeds  to cover for parental leave. 

Responsibilities

  • Ensure my client group at Zenith are seen as an inclusive employer  choice with a “best in class” recruitment service
  • Create compelling attraction campaigns to ensure that we are a magnet for quality talent that helps Zenith achieve its goals
  • Provide top quality shortlists for all our recruitment
  • Recruit quickly and effectively for my hiring managers, ensuring you positively affect the direct hiring model to reduce the overall reliance on agencies and promote Zenith as a destination employer. This will include using sourcing tools such as Linkedin and social media to their best advantage.
  • Build external talent pipelining schemes for my specialist skill sets to help us become “future-proof” against critical talent gaps

Profile

We are happy to consider any recruiters that have worked in-house, for an agency or for an outsourced service provider as long as they can demonstrate how they have added value to whatever business they have been working in, particularly in sourcing applicants and supporting their customers to hire quality talent. In order to hit the ground running you will have experience working with technology and finance roles and sourcing in these markets.

Based in Leeds, we expect the successful applicant will to want to spend time with their stakeholders in person, so time will be spend on site. We also meet regularly as a team to support and help each other and would want the ideal candidate to buy into this. Beyond this commitment your diary is your own,  and how you manage that will be up to you, allowing you time for you to work from home when you need space to think and plan. It might be that you need to be in the office all week on occasion and some weeks only 1-2 days, it will vary based on the work and what works best.

Reward

  • Salary £35,000 to £50,000 depending on experience
  • Completion Bonus
  • 24 days holiday plus your birthday
