Job Description

The opportunity

We are halfway through 2024. How time flies! Speaking of flying, whilst we are not seeking a pilot, we are looking for a Resourcing and Talent Attraction Specialist to join us on our transformative journey.

As a Resourcing Manager, you will be at the forefront of our talent attraction and recruitment efforts, tasked with recruiting permanent, fixed-term, and hourly-paid staff across our three main job families: Academic & Research, Technical, and Administrative and Professional.

Based within the Central Resourcing Team, you will play a pivotal role in developing our services for central departments within the University, including Digital and Technology, Education, and People.

We invite you to join us and help achieve our aims, such as meeting workforce diversification targets and improving services, while continuing to bring great people together under one roof. In return, we offer a supportive team, opportunities for growth, and a manager who embraces flexible working and a cooperative approach. Plus, the benefits are amazing!

Sound interested but not sure if you should apply? Does this advert leave you with more questions than answers? Are you a real candidate and not a recruitment consultant/from an agency? Feel free to get in touch with Mark Kunaseelan, Head of Resourcing via m.kunaseelan@arts.ac.uk
