Job Description

Overview

Profitero is a high growth and profitable business sitting in the epicentre of the digital commerce revolutions. Given our expanded talent growth needs, we are looking to add a Recruiter to the HR team to own full cycle recruitment for entry to senior level positions in the UK. You will learn Profitero’s business and job requirements while partnering with hiring managers to drive the talent process. Key components include helping with employer branding (Glassdoor, etc), passive and active sourcing, scheduling interviews and hiring candidates who align with Profitero’s goals and cultural values.

This role can be Full-time or Part time

Responsibilities

  • Own the entire recruitment lifecycle for assigned roles in sales, customer success, customer support, insights, analytics and other departmental roles as they arise:
    • crafting job descriptions, advertising and sourcing candidates directly
    • managing inbound pipeline and screening candidates
    • managing and overseeing  the selection process and documentation to offer sign off 
  • Learn about what Profitero does across business functions in order to best “sell” the roles you’re working on
  • Act as strategic partner to hiring managers
  • Foster a positive candidate experience from initial reach out to close
  • Communicate status updates to internal stakeholders on a weekly basis
  • Help with employer branding initiatives on an ad hoc basis
  • Engage with Publicis Early Careers to harness the benefit of their University graduate recruitment programmes
  • Lead Profitero’s integration onto Smart Recruiter ATS system

Qualified candidates will possess

  • 3-6 years of full cycle recruiting in a fast-paced environment (strong preference for experience in a SaaS or tech company)
  • Proven experience of sourcing candidates via direct channels e.g. LinkedIn
  • Building passive pipelines for roles that often have duplicates
  • Strong communicator with internal stakeholders and candidates
  • Good at managing expectations & project management
  • Demonstrates adaptability & flexibility as priorities can quickly shift
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems
  • Possess a “figure it out” mentality with the ability to work autonomously / with a sense of urgency
  • A go-getter with a good sense of humour
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not essential
  • Knowledge of the recruitment industry best practice and relevant legislation
