Hallmark Care Homes is a family-run provider of care homes across the UK.

We are looking for Internal Recruiter to join our fantastic recruitment team to support the Recruitment Business Partners to attract, resource and recruit candidates for designated homes in the Hallmark Care Homes portfolio to ensure team levels meet the requirements to deliver outstanding care to the residents.

*Fixed term contract*

This is a hybrid role with circa two days a week out in the business or working from our Central Support office based in Billericay.

The role will include:

  • Ensuring all job roles are advertised on all available platforms for designated locations.
  • Searching for suitable candidates on available databases/talent pools.
  • Processing incoming applications from all advertising platforms, including screening of applications and provide shortlisted candidates to designated homes for interview.
  • Managing the full recruitment cycle including liaising with the Homes to arrange interviews, obtaining feedback from the interview and either offering the job role/ or rejecting the candidate.
  • Working with Recruitment Business Partners and the Business Administrator to ensure process and policy are followed to provide positive candidate experience.
  • Maintaining candidate contact throughout the recruitment process keeping candidates informed of progress and next steps.
  • Ensuring the maintenance of accurate records and reports regarding all phases of the recruitment process, monitoring and managing use of the ATS.
  • Working with the Compliance co-ordinator and homes to ensure new hires are processed and onboarded effectively and efficiently.
  • Supporting development and production of insightful MI to ensure accurate data reporting.

What we are looking for:

  • Previous experience of delivering recruitment services within the care sector is desirable
  • Experience of recruiting volume roles
  • Experience of using Applicant Tracking System to deliver great candidate experience and insightful data.
  • Worked as part of central recruitment function.
  • Experience of providing insightful reporting and MI.
  • Ability to work within a fast-paced environment.
